Cancel: the subscription stops at the end of the paid month
In the Premium tab or in your account (“My subscription”), click “Cancel my subscription”. You must be signed in with the Steam account that holds the subscription.
Fill in your first and last name and the e-mail address for the acknowledgement of receipt, choose your subscription reference (PZH-…, the one in your confirmation e-mail), then “Review my cancellation”.
A page sums up what you typed; you can still change it. The “Notify the cancellation” button sends it.
No notice and no fee: no further payment is taken, your Premium stays active until the end of the paid period, and an acknowledgement of receipt is e-mailed with the end date.
Withdraw: within 14 days, the subscription stops at once
Within 14 days of the confirmation of your subscription (the end date is written next to the button), click “Withdraw (14 days)”, in the Premium tab or in your account. No reason is needed.
Fill in your first and last name, choose the subscription and the acknowledgement e-mail address, then “Confirm the withdrawal”.
Your Premium stops at once. If you had asked for it to start right away, you pay for the days used and the rest is refunded; otherwise everything is refunded, through PayPal. An acknowledgement of receipt is e-mailed, with the content of your declaration, its date and its time.
You can also withdraw by e-mail to contact@plysken.com, within the same period.
Deleting your account
A running subscription must be cancelled first; then “Delete my account” is available in your account.
