What is sold

Premium: a subscription giving access to extra features on the site, shown by profile (player, modder, server admin) in the Premium tab. A feature marked “Coming” is not available yet.

Price

€3.99 a month. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.

Duration, renewal, cancellation

The subscription runs for an indefinite period and is paid every month, through PayPal, on the order's anniversary date.

If you did not ask to start right away, your Premium opens when the withdrawal period ends (below), then runs without a break: every paid month gives a full month, shifted by as much. If you click “Start my Premium now” while waiting, it opens at that moment, and every paid month stays a full month from that click.

You can cancel it at any time from your account, with the “Cancel my subscription” button. It is no longer charged, and your access lasts until the end of the month already paid.

Payment

Payment goes through PayPal: the site sees neither your card nor your PayPal account. The first month is paid when you order.

Failed payment, refund outside the site, duplicate order

If a monthly payment fails, the subscription is suspended: your Premium lasts until the end of the month already paid, then stops. After that, you can order again; the suspended subscription is then cancelled.

If the last month paid is refunded in full outside the site (a dispute opened with PayPal, a refund made by hand), your Premium stops at the moment of that refund; a month paid later opens it again. A partial refund does not stop it.

An account has one subscription at a time. If a second order is approved at PayPal while a subscription already runs, or if the account was deleted before the approval, that order is cancelled at PayPal and its payment refunded in full; it opens no Premium.

You can cancel or withdraw as soon as PayPal has recorded the first payment, a few seconds after the order.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the confirmation of your subscription to withdraw, without giving a reason; if the last day falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the period runs to the next working day (article L221-19 of the French consumer code). The exact date is given in the confirmation e-mail and in “My subscription”. You withdraw from your account, with the “Withdraw (14 days)” button, or by e-mail to contact@plysken.com, with the form below or any clear statement.

If you asked for your Premium to start right away (the box when ordering, or the “Start my Premium now” button in your account), you pay for the days used since that request and the rest is refunded; with that request, you also acknowledge that once the service has been fully provided, you will no longer have a right of withdrawal (article L221-25 of the French consumer code). Without that request, your Premium only opens when the withdrawal period ends, and a withdrawal before then is refunded in full.

The refund is made through PayPal, the means of payment of the order, without delay and at the latest 14 days after the publisher is informed of your withdrawal (article L221-24 of the French consumer code).

Featuring a server — what is sold

A feature puts a server in the “Featured today” box at the head of the Servers tab, with the label “Sponsored” — followed by “offered by” and the buyer's username when the buyer is not the server's admin. It is sold by the day: a calendar day, midnight to midnight, Paris time.

Only a server claimed and verified on the site can be featured. Its admin can refuse features offered by other players (a box on the server's page); what is already paid runs to its end.

A day holds 3 servers at most, and a server has at most 10 featured days per calendar month, days offered by Premium included. The order of the box changes at each display.

Premium offers 3 featured days per calendar month, to be placed on a server the subscriber is the verified admin of, from the day after the end of their withdrawal period and within their current subscription. They do not carry over to the next month. If the subscription stops (withdrawal, termination, refused payment), the offered days still to come go back to the calendar; the current day stays served.

Featuring — price, choosing the days, payment

€1 per day. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.

You choose the days on a calendar, in a row or not, from tomorrow up to 90 days ahead; a full day or one past the limit is shown unavailable, with its reason. The exact dates are repeated before payment and in the confirmation e-mail.

Payment goes through PayPal, in one go. The days you chose are held for 30 minutes while you pay; after that they are released, and nothing is charged if one of them is no longer free.

Featuring — right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the confirmation of your payment to withdraw, without giving a reason, with the same extension as above; from your account, or by e-mail to contact@plysken.com with the form above or any clear statement.

If one of the chosen days falls within those 14 days, the order asks you for the feature to start before they end (a box, never ticked in advance): you then acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal for the days fully served (article L221-28 of the French consumer code). If you withdraw, you pay for the days already passed and the current day, served until midnight; the following days are refunded, at €1 per day, and removed from the box (article L221-25). If no day has started, everything is refunded.

The refund goes through PayPal, without delay and at the latest 14 days after the publisher is informed of your withdrawal (article L221-24).

Mediation
