What the site keeps

  • Once signed in: your SteamID, your Steam name as it shows, the date of your last sign-in, the servers you claim, your Top servers votes (the server and the time), your compatibility reviews, your reported bugs and “same bug” marks, your Discord webhook if you give one (kept encrypted), the links of your public profile, and your theme and language if you choose them. No real name, no country, even when your Steam profile shows them. The full list, with the dates that go with each thing, is on the Privacy page.
  • Your reviews of servers: the rating, the text, the month stated, their dates and, if you attached one, the list of one of your logs; they are shown without your name and go with your account, like your replies and flags as a server's admin.
  • A server page you fill in and the mod list of its log are tied to the server: they stay if you delete your account, without your name; the page is shown only while a verified admin claims that server.
  • If you subscribe to Premium: the e-mail address given with the order, your subscription (its state and dates), the payments received through PayPal and, if you cancel or withdraw, what you declared (name, acknowledgement address, date and time, and the “why” if you chose to write it — erased with your account). Payments, cancellations and withdrawals stay after the account is deleted, for the accounts and as proof of your steps: 10 years for payments and refunds, 5 years for cancellations and withdrawals.
  • With Premium: your favorites, your alert choices and their record, your choice for the badge, and the offered days you place; they go with your account.
  • If you buy featured days: the e-mail address given with the order, the server, the days and the payment received through PayPal (with the payer's name as PayPal gives it), and, if you withdraw, what you declared; if you offered days to someone else's server, your Steam name was shown publicly on those days after “offered by”. Payments and withdrawals stay after the account is deleted, detached from it: 10 years for payments and refunds, 5 years for withdrawals.
  • For how long: as long as the account exists. “Delete my account” removes right away the account and what belongs to you; what stays, without your name: what is tied to a server (above), the mod lists of the logs you sent, and what a purchase must keep (above). The base's backups keep a copy for 30 days at most; if one of them is restored, your account is erased again.
  • Cookies: the session (30 days, to stay signed in), the language, the theme, the state of the Categories menu, and two passing cookies: the Steam sign-in (10 minutes) and a cancellation request you are reviewing (15 minutes at most, removed when sent); and, in this browser, your last selection in the Mods tab. No analytics or advertising cookie.
  • Every write leaves one line in a security journal: the action and a keyed fingerprint of your session or your address, never the address itself; deleted after 180 days. The details are on the Privacy page.
  • A log you send: its fingerprint, size, the time the game wrote it (it places the log against the mod's updates), build, context, its mod lists, the errors and warnings it carries cut down to their signature (without your home folder) and the mods they name, and your account as its sender. Not the file itself. Deleting your account removes your name from the log.
  • Mod thumbnails are loaded from Steam by your browser: Steam sees those requests.
